Truck tyre compound

Truck tyre compound is added from bags dropped into the wheel when fitting a truck tyre. The bag breaks down releasing fine polymer beads like a powder. On reaching speed, the polymer beads find a position opposite to the heavy part of the wheel and compensate the out of force variations.

This compensation reduces tyre wear and vibrations around the wheel and axle and assists maintenance in these areas. The polymer bead compensation continually adjusts to the heavy points in a wheel during its life.

Tubeless valves

A tyre valve is a safety critical component and only valves from known quality sources are recommended.

Low quality valves can cause rapid tyre deflation with vehicles becoming uncontrollable and potentially crashing. It is for this reason that Trax^® only sells valves from OE quality suppliers with ISO/TS16949 accreditation.
