TRAX 660 series is the weight of choice for Range Rover Velar

UK-based Trax JH Ltd, is again the preferred weight supplier of JLR.

With the launch of the Velar, the latest model added to the Range Rover line up, Trax is the chosen weight supplier with its series 660 adhesive weight.

Sales of the Velar are expected to reach some 80,000 vehicles per year, which will be built at the JLR facility in Solihull. For each Velar built, up to 10 Trax weights are fitted.

Adhesive balance weights now comprise some 95 per cent of all weights used by JLR.

Trax wins major supply contract with Nissan Europe

UK-based Trax JH Ltd, has won the contract to supply all adhesive wheel balance weights to NISSAN Europe.

The new steel adhesive balancing weights will be supplied to car manufacturing plants in Sunderland, UK & Barcelona, Spain.

Adhesive balance weights now comprise some 60 per cent of the value of all weights purchased by Nissan Europe.

Trax wins £1 million a year GM Europe balance weight supply deal

UK-based Trax JH Ltd, Europe’s second largest wheel weight manufacturer, has won the contract to supply all General Motors (Vauxhall/Opel) Europe plants with steel adhesive balance weights.

TRAX wins €1M Renault aftersales contract in France – MOTRIO

Trax has won a contract to supply balance weights to MOTRIO in France. The Motrio brand was created by Renault in 1998 to focus on providing a wide range of spare parts for the older and budget range car market.

Trax wheel weights fitted on new Jaguar XE

The new Jaguar XE, the so-called “baby” Jag series, will be fitted with Trax steel adhesive balance weights. With the launch scheduled for May, XE target sales are 100,000 cars a year.

Trax at SEMA show Las Vegas

Once a again Trax had a busy stand at the no 1 USA show, SEMA Las Vegas. Considerable interest was show in the new Trax "Professional" ounce range of premium adhesive weights as well as the quality clip-on weights designed for the USA market.

Trax had an excellent show this year launching a new brochure and website including the new "Professional" high performance adhesive tape. Aftersales and Original Equipment company interests were at high levels reflecting the success of the Trax brand on an international basis.

Ford USA uses Trax weights on the new Transit build in Kansas USA

"British firm Trax JH Ltd, the second largest wheel balance weight manufacturer in Europe, has been selected to supply wheel weights for the new Ford Transit to be built in Kansas City, USA. Widely known in Europe, the Transit will be new to North America and is expected to be sold as the “T” series. The model will be launched in 2014."

£4M contract to supply weights globally to Renault

"A car parts firm has won a £4m contract to supply French vehicle giant Renault, safeguarding 50 jobs at its factories.

Trax JH Ltd's wheel balance weights will be fitted to Renault and Dacia cars made in countries such as France, Spain, Russia, Brazil and Argentina."
